Mike Mack has informed the Board of his intention to step down as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company. The Board accepted Mikes decision and he will be leaving the Company at the end of October 2015. John Ramsay, Chief Financial Officer, is appointed CEO ad interim until the appointment of a new Chief Executive. Michel Demaré, Chairman of Syngenta, said: "On behalf of the Board, I should like to thank Mike for his very significant contribution to Syngenta.
